Trash Pickup The city is contracted with Allied Waste to provide waste disposal services. Pelican Bay, Texas Residential Customer Service and Information Customer Service - Call TOLL FREE: 1-800-333-7301 Residential Pick-Up Schedule - Once a week pickup on Wednesday. Trash should be placed at the curb no earlier than 7:30 pm Tuesday Evening and no later than 7:30 am Wednesday morning.
