The Pelican Bay office of the Fire Marshal enforces Pelican Bay City Ordinances and codes. This enforcement is necessary for effective Police service and protection and keeps our city clean and attractive.

The city's Fire Marshal protects the city's residents and community by administering and enforcing the City Codes and Ordinances. The office of the Fire Marshal understands and enforce city ordinances pertaining to but not limited to the general safety, health and welfare as provided through the City's zoning, subdivision, and various nuisance abatement ordinances.

Duties of the Fire Marshal include:

* Frequent patrols of the city to locate possible violations of city code and ordinances.

* Respond to complaints from citizens.

* Research various records to determine ownership of property located throughout the city.

* Issue court summons for violations of city ordinances.

* Appear and testify in municipal court as required.

Note: Garage/yard Sales Permit Fee is $5 per day payable at City Hall.
